DHS announces $250 Honolulu emergency food funds ready Nov. 10

HONOLULU (Island News) – The Department of Human Services (DHS) assured residents that state funds will be available on Monday, November 10, for the Hawaii Emergency Food Assistance Program (HEFAP).

According to DHS, each individual will receive $250 on their EBT card as part of the program.
