South Carolina gas prices rise over three cents, national average rises above $3

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – Gas prices rose in South Carolina last week, according to new data. Data from GasBuddy states that the average price in the state is $2.68 per gallon, up 3.3 cents from last week.

Prices were also up in Columbia, averaging up to $2.67 on Monday. Prices have risen four cents in the last week and dropped 3.9 cents in the last month.

Gas Buddy also said the national average of gas went up 4.8 cents on Monday, averaging $3.03 per gallon. That is four cents cheaper than last month and 0.8 cents higher than this point in 2024…
