Jacksonville Community Urged to Aid in Search for Missing 71-Year-Old with Dementia

The Jacksonville Sheriffโ€™s Office is seeking public assistance in locating 71-year-old Thomas Carter, who has gone missing. According to a JSO social media post, Carter, who has dementia, was last seen leaving his home on Parental Home Boulevard near Beach Boulevard.
