Schools announce delays and closures as temperatures drop in Middle Tennessee

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Various schools are announcing delays and closures for Monday, Nov. 10, due to the hard freeze and potential light snow in Middle Tennessee.

Putnam County Schools (PCSS) is dismissing students early on Nov. 10 at 11 a.m. due to a winter weather advisory. According to PCSS, school decisions for Nov. 11 will be made on the evening of Nov. 10.

Cumberland County Schools will close on Nov. 10 due to reports of sleet, freezing rain, snow, and dropping temperatures, as well as roadway impacts…
