ALBANY — Elliott Vogel, founding chef of The Delaware Restaurant & Bar and one of the most acclaimed area chefs of the past decade, is leaving the restaurant to go into institutional dining.
Steph Pettit, co-CEO of Troy-based Daley Hospitality Group, which opened The Delaware two years ago this month as a vehicle for Vogel, including delaying its debut to accommodate him, confirmed he submitted his resignation last week.
