A 27-year-old man from Hamilton, Ohio, has been arrested in connection with the theft of property from an elderly woman on Wednesday, November 5, at around 9:00 p.m. in West Liberty.
The suspect, Arshpreet Singh, was arrested on Friday, November 7, and booked into the Tri-County Jail. He faces the following charges:
- Theft / Deception
- Attempted Theft
- Telecommunications Fraud
- Possessing Criminal Tools
Court records show that Singh appeared for an arraignment on Monday morning. His bond was set at $30,000.
