Hundreds received free medical care at pop-up community clinic

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — The Battle Creek Tabernacle Seventh-Day Adventist Church held a free dental, vision, and medical clinic Sunday in partnership with Amen Clinics.

From 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. more than 120 volunteers, including dentists, dental hygienists, optometrists, physicians, nurses, and other health professionals, came together to offer free medical services on a first-come, first-serve basis at the Battle Creek Academy, no appointment or residency requirements necessary.
