HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — Grand Strand Humane Society is asking for emergency fosters amid cold temperatures expected Monday night.
The humane society said they currently have 22 dogs who live in outdoor-only kennels who must come inside for safety reasons, and they don’t have enough indoor space for everyone. They need emergency fosters for next three nights to keep the dogs warm and safe.
