AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — A man accused of having a loaded assault rifle near Caprock High School, and threatening to kill a judge and two deputies, is scheduled to stand trial next month.

Noel Aysaiah Garcia’s trial is scheduled for Dec. 8.
