Houston police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred at about 9 p.m. on Friday, November 7, 2025, at 6800 Memorial Drive. A 28-year-old man died at the scene after his blue Chevrolet Tahoe veered off the road, hit several trees, and came to a stop on a walkway.
Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the driver dead at the scene. A passenger was taken to a local hospital and is in stable condition.
