SAND SPRINGS, Okla. — Sand Springs Animal Welfare is searching for information after a hamper of dumped puppies were found on Wednesday.
The puppies were reported to be found in the Rolling Oaks neighborhood, off of West 41st Street between Prattville and Tulsa.
Sand Springs Animal Welfare said the puppies were in deplorable condition and may not all survive.
