(KRON) — Livermore police conducted a traffic stop that led to a major drug bust.
Officers conducted the stop after a driver failed to yield at a stop sign near Railroad Avenue and North Livermore Avenue on Saturday morning around 1:00 a.m.
LPD saw cocaine and half a pound of marijuana in plain view on the floorboard of the vehicle. The driver, 22-year-old Daniel Sutton of Pleasant Hill, was the sole occupant. Sutton admitted to having more drugs in his car and at his home.

When officers searched the car, they found a significant quantity of narcotics, including: two pounds of psilocybin (mushrooms), over one ounce of cocaine packaged for sale, more than two ounces of MDMA (ecstasy), more than 100 tabs of LSD, 35 amphetamine pills, 100 THC vape pens and half a pound of marijuana…
