On November 8, 2005, Lawrence “Frost” Phillip, 20, was shot and killed at 139 Parma Avenue in the Arbor Place community of New Castle, Delaware. Police responded to a report of a shooting and found Phillip with a gunshot wound.
Investigators believe the shooting may have happened during a robbery. Four suspects, all wearing dark clothing, reportedly approached the victims on foot from a path behind the house.
Witnesses saw two vehicles leaving the area: a gray Dodge Intrepid and a mid-1990s four-door white Cadillac, possibly a Deville, with a white paper tag on the rear window. The case remains unsolved after nearly 20 years…
