KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – Eternal Life Harvest Center will open Monday night to welcome up to 45 people who need shelter from the cold in Knoxville. Knoxville-Knox County Office of Housing Stability Executive Director Erin Reed confirmed the plan to open the center’s doors Monday afternoon.
