UNION TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) — A baby was surrendered at a Clermont County fire station.
“The circumstances surrounding the surrender at Union Township — we needed to keep this as quiet as possible,” said Monica Kelsey, founder of Safe Haven Baby Boxes.
She said the infant was surrendered months ago at the Union Township Fire Station.
