CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Clarksville Police Department detectives arrested a suspect linked to a shooting in December of last year.
24-year-old Antwane Crenshaw was arrested on Thursday, Nov. 6, during a traffic stop on Briley Parkway at I-24. Crenshaw was taken into custody on his outstanding indictment related to the Dec. 2024 shooting death of 39-year-old LaJames Shannon.
Police say Shannon was fatally shot while riding a miniature motorbike near Fain Street and Fairfield Avenue. Authorities indicate the two were involved in an ongoing dispute.
