TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — New video out of a Ybor City business shows the moment a car crashed into the patio area of Bradley’s on 7th Saturday. Four people were killed, and 13 were hurt.
“It was like being in a war zone,” said Camaron Barker, who was sitting on the patio when it happened.

Another camera showed the car flying down the road, seemingly running over a man’s foot. He hops back inside another establishment on the strip. Court documents detail at least two individuals flying through the air, with one individual hitting the ceiling of Bradley’s outdoor seating area and the other colliding with the exterior wall of Bradley’s on the far side of the outdoor seating area.
“I am having to help people who are pinned on the ground, pinned between the stools, pinned between the car,” Barker said…
