FOUNTAIN INN, S.C. (WSPA) – A man is in custody following a brief standoff in Fountain Inn.
According to Fountain Inn Police Department, at around 12:30 p.m. Monday an officer saw 26-year-old Jerry S. McDowell standing in a driveway on Case Lane.
