Mobile man accused of causing more than $30,000 in damage at grass farm

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A Mobile man is facing a criminal mischief charge after police say he drove his vehicle through a grass farm Sunday night, causing more than $30,000 in damage.

Mobile police say Jeffrey Harrell drove his vehicle through the Dawes Grass Farm at 4511 Dawes Lane East, tearing up the grass.

Harrell, 32, was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal mischief. He was booked into the Mobile County Metro Jail this morning and released this afternoon on a $3,000 bond, jail records show…
