PORT ST. LUCIE — Residents of Port St. Lucie will soon be able to “Live Life to the Coolest” as Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, an award-winning frozen dessert brand, opens its doors on Monday, Nov. 11. Located at 1898 South Gatlin Boulevard in the brand-new Jetson Plaza, this will be the second Treasure Coast location for franchisees Frank and Diane Prokop, who opened their first Jeremiah’s in Vero Beach in 2022.
The new 1,200-square-foot shop features walk-up windows, indoor seating, and a shaded patio with family-style tables – perfect for enjoying Jeremiah’s famous frozen treats. The store will serve 24 flavors of Italian Ice every day, rich Soft Ice Cream, and the brand’s signature Jelati, a vibrant layering of both. Soft opening hours will be Sunday through Thursday from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday until 11 p.m.
