WILLIAMSTOWN, VT. (WWLP) – A Worcester man was arrested in Vermont for allegedly speeding over 100 mph.
Forensic event aims to solve Holly Piirainen cold case, 32 years later
Vermont State Police stated that at approximately 7:55 p.m. on Saturday, troopers were conducting speed enforcement on I-89 northbound in Williamstown, where the posted speed limit is 65 mph. A vehicle was observed reportedly traveling at 107 mph, and troopers conducted a traffic stop.
The driver was identified as 35-year-old Nelson Otim of Worcester. Otim was issued a criminal citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court on December 3 to answer to the charges of excessive speed and negligent operation.
