EAST BATON ROUGE PARISH, La. (WAFB) – A woman has been arrested after a one-year-old boy was found unresponsive in a backyard pool, authorities said.
Kelly Briscoe, 33, is charged with cruelty to juveniles, child desertion, and the improper supervision of a minor by a parent or legal custodian.
According to an arrest report, the child was rushed to a hospital in early September after being found in the pool. Investigators said the child was discharged from the hospital but could still face future medical issues…
