AUSTIN, Texas — On Monday, Austin police released new video and images of a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run crash that killed a scooter rider in Downtown Austin last month.
According to the Austin Police Department, the incident happened at the intersection of East 11th Street and San Jacinto Boulevard around 11:34 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 18.
