Former Idaho Governor Butch Otter made a special guest appearance at Star Middle School for their fourth annual Veterans Day tribute. Otter served as governor for 12 years, lieutenant governor for 14 years, and in the United States Congress for 6 years, representing Idaho for a total of 31 years.
