A large multi-purpose development is coming to Middleton.
River Walk Ranch, located roughly by the intersection of State Hwy 44 and Middleton Rd, is currently undergoing major development for both residential and commercial spaces. Tyler Hess, the main developer with Hess Properties, is the primary person overseeing the project.
