On November 10, 2025, Bernalillo County Fire & Rescue reported the death of firefighter Hunter Stamm. Stamm died over the weekend while off duty. Fire Chief Zach Lardy noted Stamm’s service to the community. The department is mourning his loss. Information about memorial arrangements will be provided later.
