The public is invited to learn more about flood preparedness at a workshop in Lyon County this Thursday evening.
As part of Nevada Flood Awareness Week, Lyon County Emergency Management and Community Development Departments are hosting a flood preparedness workshop at Dayton Community Center, 170 Pike Street at 5:30 p.m.
