CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – Virginia quarterback Chandler Morris did not practice Monday but the the team is hopeful he will be available Saturday at Duke, coach Tony Elliott said Tuesday.
Elliott said Morris could return to practice Wednesday. UVA declined to say whether not Morris was dealing with a concussion or not, labeling his injury as an upper-body issue.
“He was out at practice yesterday. Obviously didn’t participate,” Elliott said. “But looked good, said he’s feeling good. Today will be another day going through the protocol, but he’s exercising which is a positive and we’re hopeful that, by tomorrow, we’ll have him back at practice.”…
