LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WIS) – A South Carolina state trooper recently completed physical therapy months after being hit during a traffic stop.
The South Carolina Department of Public Safety posted a social media video Monday showing Master Trooper Wayne LaBounty being discharged from rehab after over six weeks.
