EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Evansville Police Department officials say a woman is in jail on forgery and theft charges.
According to an affidavit, officers were dispatched to the United Fidelity Bank on St. Joseph Avenue on Monday just before 1:30 p.m. for a person trying to cash a fake check.
