ANKENY, Iowa — Three people were hospitalized Monday afternoon following a serious three-vehicle crash involving a dump truck, pickup, and SUV at the intersection of NW 2nd Street and NW 54th Avenue.
At approximately 1:21 p.m., emergency crews were dispatched to a motor vehicle collision where a southbound pickup struck a westbound dump truck broadside, causing the dump truck to overturn. The overturned truck landed on an SUV traveling in the opposite direction on NW 54th Avenue.
