A student at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD) reported a vehicle break-in. The incident happened off-campus but within the college’s Clery-reportable area, near E 25th Street and 3rd Avenue. It occurred on the evening of November 6, 2025, and was discovered by the student around 2:00 p.m. the next day. The rear window of the vehicle was broken and personal items were taken. No one was confronted or threatened. The student reported the incident to the Minneapolis Police Department.
MCAD Campus Safety said there is no ongoing threat to the campus community. They advise students and staff to lock their vehicles, keep valuables out of sight, and park in well-lit areas. Suspicious activity should be reported to Campus Safety or the Minneapolis Police……
