‘We’re seeing an uptick’: DPS urges drivers to slow down after 3 students hit in separate crashes

DENVER (KDVR) — It’s a wake-up call for Denver drivers.

Two crashes just hours apart left three students in the hospital last Friday.

SWAT activated for call in Frederick, investigation underway

One student was crossing to get on a bus at Hampden and Fenton, and two siblings were struck at Green Valley Ranch and Memphis, across the city, hours apart. Both drivers stayed on scene.
