MARSHALL, N.C. (WLOS) — Madison County celebrated Veterans Day with its annual appreciation ceremony on the steps of Marshall’s historic courthouse.
One dedicated participant was retired Navy Torpedoman’s Mate Gene Ipox. Ipox served 20 years in the Navy. His wife, Annette, also served in the Navy.
