Birmingham City Schools announced that Tuggle Elementary School will host the “Operation Warm Coat” event, ensuring every student from Pre-K through 5th grade receives a new winter coat.
Representatives from Operation Warm, a national nonprofit, will arrive at 8 a.m. on Nov. 12, with coat distribution starting at 8:30 a.m.
