WYOMING, Mich. (WOOD) — A man on probation for a 2024 drug offense is back in trouble after police say they found more than two pounds of cocaine in a car console during a traffic stop.
In late October, police targeted the car 37-year-old Cordlin Capeace Comer was traveling in for a traffic stop at the intersection of US-131 and 36th Street in Wyoming, court records show. During the stop, officers with the Grand Rapids Police Department found one kilogram (2.2 pounds) of cocaine in the center console, according to a probable cause affidavit.
“Comer admitted he was returning from Detroit,” an officer wrote in court records. “Comer said he purchased the cocaine in Detroit for $16,000.”…
