LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – A well-known Kentucky priest is launching what he calls “The Holy of Holy Spirits,” a rare bourbon release aimed at raising money for charity.
Father Jim Sichko, a Papal Missionary of Mercy based in Lexington, announced the final bottle in his limited “Papal Series,” a bourbon collaboration with Willett Distillery.
For the first time in the series, the release is an 11-year Family Estate Wheated Bourbon, bottled at 125 proof. The bottle features the coat of arms of the newly elected Pope Leo XIV.
How to get a bottle
Beginning November 11, collectors can bid online on 25 bottles in an auction starting at $750, or purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win one of three bottles at $100 per ticket…
