Myrtle Beach shelter expands operations amid dangerously cold weather

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – A shelter in Myrtle Beach has issued a Code Blue, providing emergency overnight relief for those in need.

New Directions CEO Kathy Jenkins told WMBF News the shelter will be taking in any single men or women who need to get out of the cold.
