The individual, who enjoys night walks in the well-lit area near the bars and Sushi Neko on N Western, reported being approached by a man in a gray SUV claiming to be part of the neighborhood watch. The man offered a ride, which the walker declined, but the incident left a lasting impression. The resident reported the incident to the local neighborhood watch and police department, who were supportive and promised to look into the matter.
