Gov. Evers appoints civil litigation attorney to fill Outagamie County judge vacancy

Gov. Tony Evers appointed an Appleton-based attorney to fill the vacancy in the Outagamie County Circuit Court that will be left following Judge Mark McGinnis’ retirement in February.

McGinnis will retire Feb. 1. Evers appointed civil litigation attorney Whitney Healy to fill the position, according to a Nov. 7 news release.

Healy works at Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. in Appleton, representing plaintiffs who have been “physically, emotionally, or financially harmed due to negligence or wrongdoing,” the release said.
