DART chair focuses on unity as multiple cities put funding in voters’ hands

ADDISON, Texas — Through a rider’s eye, DART is how life moves, but some cities are questioning their membership with the transit agency.

“I think we’ve kind of lost the sight of the goal that DART took years to figure out how to make it work,” said Randall Bryant, DART Board Chair.
