Houston – Family-owned and operated Loyalty Plumbing is marking a decade in business, and the company is celebrating the milestone by giving back to the community. What began as a small, homegrown concept has grown into a trusted name in plumbing, known not only for excellent service but also for fostering lasting relationships with customers.
For the holidays, Loyalty Plumbing is hosting a turkey giveaway, distributing 100 turkeys to local families. Owner and CEO Aldo Gonzalez, along with his wife and office manager Amy Gonzalez, shared with Houston Life that giving back to seniors and veterans has always been central to the company’s mission. “A lot of these people don’t know what plumbing is, and others take advantage of that. When we show up and treat them like family, it’s really where it’s at for us,” Aldo Gonzalez explained.
The Gonzalez family emphasizes transparency and education as key components of their service. Customers often return for repeat service or refer friends and family because they feel genuinely valued. “We don’t gain clients; we gain family,” Gonzalez said.
