Houston police are looking for a Hispanic man, aged 20 to 30, after a shooting that killed Rafael Xe Rax, 30, and Jose Cuz Shol, 21. The shooting happened at 6347 Windswept Lane on the evening of November 7, 2024. Police have released surveillance images of the suspect to help identify him.
Officers found both victims with gunshot wounds after responding to an assault report. One victim died at the hospital. The other was pronounced dead at the scene. Police ask anyone with information to contact the HPD Homicide Division or Crime Stoppers…
