Arkansas medical cannabis patients have purchased $240.9 million worth of product in 2025 as of November 1, according to new figures released today by the Department of Finance and Administration (DFA).
That total is about $13 million higher than the same period in 2024, when sales reached $227.8 million. Patients bought 6,883 pounds of medical cannabis in October, resulting in $25.1 million in sales.
“In addition to the year-to-year increase in the overall spend, total pounds purchased this year are at 65,525, an increase of 3,400 pounds from 2024,” said DFA spokesperson Scott Hardin.
