LITTLE ROCK, AR (KATV) — An investigation is underway into a vehicle vs. motorcycle collision that led to the death of a man on Saturday, November 8, 2025.
Donnie Byars, 39, was struck by an unknown driver, and later succumbed to his injuries at the scene, according to the Little Rock Police Department.
