USAA launches ‘Honor Through Action’ to support veterans nationwide

LITTLE ROCK, AR (KATV) — This Veterans Day, USAA is stepping up its commitment to military families with the launch of “honor through action,” a nationwide movement aimed at transforming the lives of veterans and their families.

The initiative focuses on meaningful careers, financial security, and overall well-being.

USAA Senior Vice President and Major General U.S. Army (Ret.) John Richardson explained, “Our members elevated these concern areas to us, and also the data backs their feedback up. So today, only 36% of junior enlisted feel financially secure. And if you couple that with the fact that military spouse unemployment is north of 20% which is four times that of their civilian counterparts, we at USAA believe that that’s a problem, and it’s one worth addressing.”…
