WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, Manhattan (PIX11) – Federal officers were seen conducting an enforcement operation in Manhattan on Wednesday morning, according to City Council Member Shaun Abreu.
Abreu, who represents the Upper West Side and Washington Heights, shared a video on X of officers near 157th Street and Broadway. It was not immediately clear what was happening in the video, but Abreu said officers detained someone.
