A vandal smashed a window at Powers Hamburgers, 1402 S. Harrison St., during the early morning hours of Nov. 2. Surveillance footage captured a suspect pacing in the parking area and throwing a large object through the window.
Police believe the suspect wore light-colored pants, a light hoodie, and a dark jacket and carried a blue backpack.
