FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – An underage and unlicensed suspected DUI driver was arrested in connection with a hit-and-run that killed a man crossing a Fresno road last month, police said.
Police named the driver as 20-year-old Brian Jaramillo Munoz.
Shortly after 1:30 a.m., on Saturday, Oct. 25, police say a man, who was identified by the coroner’s office as 47-year-old Bernardino Valencia Valle, was crossing in the area of Jensen Avenue near Elm Avenue when he was struck by a vehicle.
