KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — The Knoxville Police Department is searching for a man after someone shot at a home Tuesday night, KPD said.
Just before midnight, someone fired multiple shots at a home on the 1800 block of Fair Drive with a woman and two children inside, KPD stated. No one was struck.

After investigating, police suspected that Tristan Weatherspoon, 23, had shot at the home in retaliation against a man. However, the target wasn’t in the home at the time of the shooting.
While KPD was at the scene, an officer spotted Weatherspoon driving on Broadway and tried to stop him, but he didn’t stop, police said. According to the KPD, Weatherspoon evaded them after a brief pursuit.
Warrants charge Weatherspoon with three counts of aggravated assault and one count of felony evading arrest, police said. KPD asked anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact the East Tennessee Valley Crime Stoppers.
